Review changed values
CDISC’s public-review material for Controlled Terminology Package 62 identifies documents that include changes or retirements of submission values. A public-review package is not a final terminology release. Use the final approved release selected for your study.
Trace the downstream impact
Compare terminology versions, identify affected records and review mappings, define metadata and validation expectations. Keep the source value and transformation rule traceable. Do not silently rewrite previously delivered datasets just because a newer list exists.
